Analyzing Utility Rate Impacts of Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Electrification
Powering America’s Commercial Transportation (PACT), in partnership with the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), is seeking proposals from qualified analysts to develop a research paper that explores how investments in medium- and heavy-duty vehicle electrification create downward pressure on electric utility rates.
We invite consultants to submit proposals outlining their qualifications, methodology, and approach to evaluating short- and long-term rate impacts, customer value, and policy implications. The selected research will support strategic decision-making and help advance transportation electrification as a benefit to utility ratepayers.
