Powering America’s Commercial Transportation (“PACT”) is seeking requests for proposals from qualified analysts to prepare a white paper that educates policymakers and regulators about topics relates to medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicle charging infrastructure.
We invite consultants to submit proposals detailing their qualifications, approach, and proposed scope of work, which will assist PACT in advancing its mission and maximizing its nationwide impact.
