PACT’s hotspot analysis identifies where medium- and heavy-duty (M/HD) charging infrastructure is most urgently needed, providing a roadmap to efficiently align fleet deployment timelines with utility and regulatory planning.

Conducted through member interviews and matched against truck deployment patterns, freight corridors, and existing charging hubs, PACT's analysis pinpoints hotspots around ports, intermodal facilities, warehouse clusters, and freeway interchanges in California, especially the LA Basin, Inland Empire, and Bay Area.
